		<description>Yeah, I tend to run into a fairly consistent wall of tired. You&#039;ll notice I was up earlier on Monday - the truth is I was awake even earlier than that - stressed and cranky and still in bed.

This manifested itself later in the evening as a lengthy nap.

My ability (or perhaps only my will?) to push myself when tired is dramatically less than it was 5 years ago.

I find it difficult to do thinking stuff in the evening. I just don&#039;t seem to have the will. 

The document is the schedule for the upcoming months - I&#039;m the contact person for availability - I&#039;ve been updating it with the regrets/etc as they&#039;ve come in over the course of the day.</description>
