		<description>Around Hallowe&#039;en when thoughts drift to entities like zombies or the living dead, it seems strange that no-one points out that corporations as legal persons seem to fit the definitions for either/both.  Corporations, which do not die, seem to have all the advantages of personhood within the context of legal rights, but few if any of the disadvantages.</description>
