Around Hallowe’en when thoughts drift to entities like zombies or the living dead, it seems strange that no-one points out that corporations as legal persons seem to fit the definitions for either/both. Corporations, which do not die, seem to have all the advantages of personhood within the context of legal rights, but few if any of the disadvantages.
